A return or exchange request will be accepted only under the following circumstances:
Incorrect Item
Product received is not what you ordered
Damaged on Delivery
Item arrived visibly damaged or defective
Not Eligible for Return
An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or missing item claims. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
Unused & Unwashed
The item must be in its original, unworn condition
Original Tags Intact
All brand tags and labels must be attached and unremoved
Original Packaging
Returned in the original packaging with sales invoice
2-Day Window
Request raised within 2 business days from delivery date
Reverse shipping charges for incorrect or damaged products will be borne by Shahidhara. Return shipping charges for other eligible cases may be charged.
Email Us
Send an email to support@shahidhara.com with your order number, photos/video, and reason for return.
Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and guide you through the next steps.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely with original tags, packaging, and invoice. Ship via a reliable courier.
Inspection
Once received, our quality team inspects the item within 2-3 business days.
Credit Note
If approved, a Credit Note is issued. If the item shows signs of use/damage, it will be returned to you.
⏱ Please allow up to 10 business days for the full return and credit note process to be completed.
Refunds are issued as Credit Notes
Credit notes can be used on any future order on Shahidhara and do not expire.
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method.
After Dispatch
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled and shipping addresses cannot be changed.
To cancel an order, visit My Orders in your account or contact our support team immediately.
